In the event an order is placed on a date that is a public holiday in South Australia it will by default be filled the following business day.
Orders are delivered between 8.30am and 6.30pm . AM or PM deliveries can be requested on the ordering page in the instructions section, whilst ever effort will be made to coordinate your preference these will be treated as preferences only as we need to fit in such priorities as wedding and funerals. If the recipient will not be at the address after a certain time include this information.
Sunday delivery times cannot be specified, orders will typically be delivered between 12 noon and 6pm
What if no one is home? If no one answers the door upon delivery attempt the driver will use their best judgment on either to leave the flowers in a safe place preferably out of view from the street and out of the weather, such as behind a pillar or a plant or a bin. Alternatively they will see if a neighbour will sign for them if it is particularly fragile, extreme weather, a valuble item or contains alcohol. An attempt will be made to contact the recipient by phone to notify them of the delivery. A photo will be taken of the delivery as proof of delivery.

Please include the correct name and address of the hospital as there are three Calvary hospitals in Adelaide as well as two Flinders Hospitals. Include the persons Full name, if they are a patient or Staff member and the Ward name or number. Often in maternity the new mother is admitted under a maiden name so if possible in brackets include this detail. NOTE: Intensive Care Units and Burns Units will not allow flowers. There are "family rooms" in the ward that the flowers can be left in but this is totally at the risk of you (the sender). We will contact you if this decision is required.

When it just has to be there at a specific time (other than funerals), this can be requested 1 day prior, however a surcharge of $10 applies.
Please order at least 1 day in advance and state the time of the service. Flowers are typically delivered to the funeral 1/2 an hour before the service commences. Tributes are often a very personal item so feel free to call us. Call us if you wish to order the main tribute so we can best suit your needs.
